"Nice products, but stock can be hit or miss"
I’ve found some really nice stuff on Benks, but a few of the items I wanted were out of stock when I checked. The site itself is easy to use, so no complaints there. I just wish the availability was a bit more consistent, if that makes sense. I ended up either waiting or checking somewhere else.

"Not totally sure it's legit"
The site does work and I was able to use it, but it just doesnt give me a super trustworthy vibe. Nothing major went wrong, I’m just not fully convinced it’s legit.

"Not the grip I was promised"
I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t live up to what was promised. It was supposed to make the phone easier to hold, but it still felt slippery in my hand and kind of awkward to use every day. Disappointing.

"Tracking could’ve been a lot better"
The product itself was fine, but the tracking really wasn’t helpful. It barely updated for days, so I had no clue where my package was or when to expect it. I was expecting a faster response or at least more frequent updates. It ended up arriving later than I thought, which made the whole experience a bit frustrating.

"I’ve been using this in my car..."
I’ve been using this in my car and the magnet holds my phone really well, even when I hit bumps. With a thicker case, I do wish it had just a little more grip, but it still does the job. Definitely feels like it helps avoid those totally preventable phone falls while driving.

"Warranty process was kind of frustrating"
I tried getting help with a warranty claim it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The replies were slow, and I felt like I kept getting asked for the same details again and again. The product itself was fine, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole experience was terrible, but the support side definitely made it more annoying than it needed to be

"i got this screen protector from benks..."
i got this screen protector from benks and it’s been working well so far. it was easy to install, and after a day i didn’t have any bubbles. the touch response still feels normal and the screen looks nice and clear. the only small downside is that the edges seem to pick up a little dust, but overall i’m happy with it

"The color wasn’t what I expected"
I was disappointed when I opened the package. I remember picking this case because the photos made it look like a nice dark green, which was exactly what I wanted. But in person it looked almost grey, not green at all. It just wasn’t the same color I thought I ordered.

"It charges fine, just not super impressive"
I picked up a benks charger and it’s okay. It works most of the time and the charging speed is decent, but I thought it would be a little faster, especially when my phone case is on. I also have to mess with it sometimes to get it lined up just right, which is kinda annoying. It’s not bad or anything, just feels average for what it costs. I’ll keep using it, but I dont think I’d rush to buy another one...

The case feels soft and solid in hand. It’s not too slippery, which I like, but I do wish edges were little smoother.

"I couldn’t get this thing installed at all..."
I couldn’t get this thing installed at all. Maybe I missed something, but it felt weirdly difficult for what should’ve been a simple setup. Kind of makes me wonder if there’s something off with the installer or the instructions...

To be fair, they did process my refund in the end, which I guess is the bare minimum done well. I just had to follow up twice before anything actually happened, so it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience.

"Too bulky for everyday use"
i was hoping this case from benks.com would feel a lot slimmer. It definitely adds more bulk and weight than I expected, and my phone feels noticeably heavier in my pocket. It’s also kind of annoying to hold for a long time. The quality seems fine overall, but comfort-wise it just wasn’t for me. I really wish they made it lighter.

"Pretty average delivery experience"
The delivery showed up later than expected, which was a bit frustrating. The package was in good shape when it finally arrived, so that was fine, but overall I’d say the experience was just okay and not really impressive.

I ordered from benks.com and the packaging was really not great. The box showed up crushed on one side, and there was barely any padding inside to protect the item. The product itself seemed okay, but for the price, I really expected it to be packed a lot better. i wasn’t impressed.

"Looks nice, but the fit was a little tight"
I got this case sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, and overall it looks nice on the phone. The buttons still work fine, which is good, but the fit felt a bit too tight for my phone. It’s usable, just not quite as compatible as I was expecting.

I got a phone case from Benks and it showed up in good shape. It feels nice in the hand and pretty much looks like the photos, so I can’t really complain too much there...

Shipping was slower than I thought it would be, and the tracking updates were kind of vague. For the price, it’s okay, but I don’t know if I’d be in a hurry to order again..

"Not really into the design"
I wasn’t a big fan of the design once I saw it in person. It looked kind of cheap to me, and the order confirmation email/receipt made it seem a bit nicer than it actually was

"Looked great at first, but I wouldn’t buy it again"
I ordered a phone case from benks.com because I’m a bit picky about how my phone accessories look, it did look really nice when it arrived. The design felt clean and premium at first. But after just a few weeks, the corners started wearing down and one of the edges cracked. Maybe I’m harder on cases than some people, but for the price, I personally expected it to hold up a lot better. It’s a shame because I really liked the look of it, but I don’t think I’d get another one.

Overall it wasn’t bad, but the replies took around a while to come through. They did get back to me eventually, just not as quickly as I’d hoped.
